Brand Guidelines
Although Killian Custom Homes (KCH) was an established company in the industry, they did not have any existing branding. Using their original logo for reference, I created a brand guideline with additional complimentary colors to complete the elevated color palette and established the company's brand typography to maintain consistency and recognition.
Digital Ads
I was tasked with creating digital ads to generate more leads for KCH's custom build services. These ads targeted two campaign audiences, local people looking to build further out from the main metropolitan area and people looking to relocate to Texas. The campaign results were tracked and optimized monthly with an overall increase in clicks, impressions, session duration, and click-through rates.
Leave-Behind Brochure and Flyer
I designed a leave-behind piece to be placed in KCH's model or spec homes for potential buyers, partners, and agents to take with them. This high-quality, bifold brochure centered their story as a family-run business, and positioned messaging around the customer's experiences and what they value. I also redesigned their existing flyers showcasing available homes.
Architecture Design Drafting
I updated their existing floor plan flyers by vectorizing the original floor plans and updating the flyers to maintain brand consistency.
