Nonprofit Design

A glimpse of various design projects I've worked on over the last decade with nonprofit organizations.

Channing's Joy
The Channing's Joy Foundation is dedicated to promoting inclusion and acceptance of autism and all individuals with special needs. Founded in 2022, four years after Channing was diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, the foundation has already donated over $350,000 to families with special needs.
I designed and packaged for print the inflatable race banner for the annual A Walk for Joy 2025 held in Atrium Health Ballpark. Over 1,700 people participated in-person, raising over $148,000 for families of children with autism to receive support, therapy, and access to resources.

Move for Jenn Foundation
The Move for Jenn Foundation provides grant funding and support for amputees in the sarcoma community, ensuring they have access to life-changing prosthetics and the encouragement they need to live their lives to the fullest.
I designed the logo for the 5th and 6th annual Pajamas All Day 5K/10K, which was reproduced on apparel and merchandise, race signage, and the race medal.
The 6th annual Pajamas All Day raised over $95,000 with nearly 900 attendees and was able to gift a local resident with a new waterproof prosthetic for their grant recipient who is an avid water sports enthusiast. Additionally, a $10,000 check was presented to the Levine Cancer Institute for sarcoma specific research.
The 5th annual Pajamas All Day - Snow Day raised over $130,000 and was also able to surprise their grant recipient with two additional prosthetics, including a running blade to accomplish her dream of running the Boston Marathon, and a high heel adjustable prosthetic to help rediscover her femininity and confidence.

Youth World
Youth World opened its doors in the lowest-family income area with the highest rate of juvenile crime in Dallas to inspire hope and help relieve economic burden. Their programs offer mentorship, tutoring, life skills lessons, hot meals and groceries, and community, providing a safe place for families and children in need of somewhere to feel valued and loved.
I designed several print pieces including a trifold pamphlet, a sponsorship flyer, and a rack card to inspire a call to action for community partners and sponsors.

Unbound Now - North Texas
Unbound Now is an anti-human trafficking nonprofit committed to protect the vulnerable, identify the exploited, and advocate for survivors on their path to restoration. Since 2012, Unbound Now has grown into a multi-national nonprofit with 11 service areas in the United States and around the world.
During my time as Communications Coordinator, I established and maintained their social media accounts, designed print marketing pieces and social media graphics, and wrote copy for internal and external communications. I also designed event signage and print collateral for their annual city-wide event Light Up the Dark 5K.
